Statement
The Riverside DA office is bias and uses racial profiling in determining what cases to file. My neighbor has had 12 restraining violations that were declined for prosecution because he is white. One of the violations was him yelling “F you” to my wife in front a police officer and they refuse to prosecute such a blatant and clear violation. They also refused to prosecute him for pointing cameras into my bedroom but they will file against me for filming my fenceline. I’m also being prosecuting for playing my music too loud. They said it’s violating the restraining order. My neighbor is allowed to get away with all the violations he commits and they will come after me for most ridiculous charges. This is clearly institutional racism. Because my neighbor is white, he’s allowed to get away with everything and anything I do is deemed a violation. I have video evidence for all these incidents.
