Andrea Bradley Baskin with Judge David S Robinson Under oath committed perjury By saying I had to answer a summons that I have made as a plaintiff when is fact they had to answer within 21 days and didn’t. Andrea turned my summons into her summary disposition and dismiss my case Judge Robinson made it a lack of jurisdiction without prejudice violating Marbury versus Madison in their oath of office which they believe they didn’t have. 5 USC 3331.
