Statement
Mr Glover who was the witness for the state. He testify that my BAC could have risen each hour causing the BAC of 0.07 to rise above my actual BAC of 0.07. This case could have been dismissed because of my BAC of 0.07. Instead I had to go to court for a 2013 charge of DUI, which was 5 years ago. The statute of limitations is 2 years for DWI in NC. This case is clearly pass the statute of limitation to take to court.
