Statement

My nephew Anthony Banker was attacked by the mother of their child Ashley Lott in April 2022. She was arrested at that time with Assault 4-DV. The Prosecuting Attorney's office in Kitsap County placed a protection order against her for Anthony at that time. In November of 2022 Ashley apparently petitioned to have it removed and Anthony received not a single notification or notice that this was going before a judge. Since he was not notified as is required BY LAW he did not have the chance to attend and contest it. They dismissed the protection order against her! She then turned around and filed a completely false one against him in retaliation. There were 8 male sheriff's that turned up at his residence in Idaho, Shoshone County and handcuffed him, took all of his guns and ripped his 2 year old daughter out of his arms, shrieking and terrified and handed her over to the mother who is a DANGER to the baby and herself and to Anthony. Not only did the Shoshone County Sheriff's office lie to Anthony, they would not tell him a single thing about WHERE HIS BABY WAS. When Anthony found out the Protection Order had been removed he contacted the Prosecuting Attorney office in Kitsap County Courthouse he spoke to Daniel Peet and his response to Anthony was 'Ashley had an attorney, we ASSUMED that they had notified you'.
