Officer Anderson (with a large beard, in case there's more than one) did, along with his superior, detective Tood Ramsey, perjured his own testimony under oath from my preliminary hearing. Initially when asked what he personally observed, he stated "an arm or hand" (which based on layout of location would have been impossible, and therefore it was inferred to be such as a matter of guesswork on his part. He also stated he could not say whose arm or hand it was as there was no view of anything identifiably unique. That was under oath. The perjuring happened at trial when both he and Ramsey claimed to have seen an arm or hand of white or light complexion. Their false witness was taken as evidence of facts in lieu of actual facts and was in part, responsible for a jury rendering a poorly informed verdict in the case.
