On October 1, 2020 around 6:00 p.m. on my way to the store for groceries, Colorado Springs Police officer, Sergeant (military) Phil Tollefson flashed his police lights behind my car on Austin Bluffs Blvd in the left lane. I turned into the King Soopers parking lot and chose to pull my car into the well-lit gas station rather than other dark parts of the lot, to which Sergeant (military) Phil Tollefson turned on his siren in warning. After some initial talk at my window, Sergeant (military) Phil Tollefson said "The reason I stopped you is because your tags are expired." After asking him several times if it was an emergency or a crime without receiving an honest answer, he finally responded that "It is a criminal traffic violation." This is where he lost his credibility as a witness to testify against me. Expired registration is a is not a Title 18 crime. It is a Title 42 Vehicles and Traffic Article 3 Taxation "class B traffic infraction". So he did not tell me the truth. Does Phil not know, to the letter, the terms of the law he enforces? Did he lie deliberately? Or did he receive poor training? Or is he incompetent or mentally unfit for duty? Within three minutes, Phil unlawfully and without cause, accused me of obstructing a "simple traffic stop" because I asked questions, twice expressed pleasure at scaring me, and threatened to break my (not his) car window next to my (not his) face and head, and drag my body (not his) (dead or alive?) out into the night and his custody. This is undue excessive force over the color of a sticker and my natural right to keep my private calling private and my body safe from his harmful military war tactics of control and force. An hour later after I escaped danger and went home to safety, a standing army of more dishonorable and armed City police employees invaded my private castle, banged on doors and windows, terrorized my family inside, disturbed the peace of my neighborhood, falsely accused me of felony "vehicular eluding", refused to show me a warrant, lied to my neighbor, and stole my car for public business purposes, without notice, just compensation, or receipt, preventing me from carrying on in my pursuit of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness on my terms, and forcing me into burdensome litigation and sudden and unexpected changes to life and travel routines that cause hardship and stress to this day. The DA told me it’s out of their hands and that the City must be the one to dismiss the charge. Betsy Meyer in the City Attorney’s office refuses to drop the charge, even though Sergeant (military) Phil Tollefson is not a credible witness. Sergeant (military) Phil Tollefson bore false witness against me when he accused me to his superiors of a statutory felony, which requires not only an indictment in Colorado, which the City doesn’t have, but also requires me to be a statutory "person", which the DA cannot prove, and I should not be forced into litigation when nobody seems to know the law they enforce. These events and outstanding, unresolved War Rant resulted in my family using their personal judgment and condemnation of me outside the limits and boundaries of their new offices of guardianship, using one forced probate hearing, a dishonorable attorney playing both sides of the aisle, and lies, hearsay, libel, and defamation of character, to kidnap my adult son with Down syndrome from our home at night by force with guns, barking dog, battering ram, rubber bullet, and chemical warfare, followed by false imprisonment, torture, rape, aggravated assault, threat, duress, and coercion to sign a money bond for my freedom, and three years to date without being allowed to speak to my son without permission from my own family, to know his whereabouts, or to see and hug him without threat of second arrest and imprisonment while still innocent, causing tremendous trauma, pain, and suffering, and serious restrictions to my freedom while I'm hunted for capture like an animal. Note: I seriously dislike my voice in the video, and have learned since then what not to say. But Sergeant (military) Phil Tollefson still stepped outside the boundaries of his statutory duties to tell me a falsity, threaten my health and safety, and cause a cascade of devastating events from which I have yet to find remedy or relief from any superior or commanding officer of the police or the court. All of my complaints and claims of damage have been denied, and most denials contain barratry, encouraging me to seek legal professional help to engage in burdensome litigation to win my life back from those who never should have taken it with their government job.
