Statement

The police officer who’s OFFICER ID IS/WAS ID # 527 on the date of this incident of the LINCOLN ALABAMA police department. The officer made an illegal traffic stop along with other officers not noted on the uniform traffic ticket that the driver of the vehicle made an IMPROPER OANE CHANGE in a manner of change in g lanes without a turn signal. If, the alleged violation took place, refer to the officer himself’s details or facts relating to the offense and you’ll see that he even puts not only that the operator of the vehicles turn signal WAS ACTIVATED PRIOR TOO MAKING THAT LANE CHANGE, BUT ALSO, HOW MANY TIMES, the blinker blinked PRIOR TO EVEN initiating the lane change. The speed limit on that road on Hwy 77 is 65 MPH. The direction of travel of the operator was coming FROM talladega AL, TOWARDS Lincoln, BEFORE the speed limit begins decreasing from 65 to 55 on AL HWY 77. The lane change was conducted as a pure result of police intimidation, in the manner of: “there he is, whip out behind him and INTIMIDATE HIM by following him extremely close with AN ANOTHER Lincoln police Charger until he does something wrong or until we can MAKE UP something wrong.” Thai is a very Common police tactic that is always disguised as “I was running his/her license plate” - but for what reason? Did you clock the vehicle speeding? Obviously not because you would’ve instantly had reason and PC to stop that vehicle and issue a speeding violation, but that was not the case, therefore, a violation has not occurred, neither has a crime, or felony, therefore you do not have the right to do so. In this case, if a vehicle is traveling at 65 MPH, and a turn signal flashes at a rate of 1 time per second, being that it flashed twice, SIMPLE MATH is DISTANCE, FEET, in a given time frame, most police officers don’t have much knowledge of anything beyond 1+11= “12”. HOWEVER, HOW MANY FEET does a vehicle travel at a rate of 65 MPH in 2 seconds? Simple, a vehicle traveling at 65 MPH is moving at 95 FEET PER SECOND, now multiply that times two. The stop was an illegal traffic stop, regardless, who’s ACTUALLY breaking the law? The police officer who is tailgating and following too close, whilst ALSO using intimidation tactics to fabricate or coerce someone into committing a crime or violation that THEY THEMSELVES WOULD NOT COMMIT ON THEIR OWN.
