Statement

The officer and his partner (Will Couch) removed the resident (myself) from home without probable, warrant, or due process. The resident was sick and forced out into the open elements of the night, while being dealt a great level of stress. The resident was unable to lock the door of his bedroom during the commotion. The resident was threatened with arrest over failure to comply, and lost personal property due to the sudden removal. In the video evidence you will hear the officer falsifying the eviction process, saying he didn't need the warrant because of the homeowner's word-of-mouth. (I also have video evidence that the landlord did not file any complaint or initiate due process with the county. Video is too large to attach.) The resident showed the officers proof of residency in the form of mail but was still removed. Officer Will Couch was also present during this event and did not intervene, so I would very much like this to reflect on his record as well.
