I’m 65 years old I was accosted by mr Taylor and 3 other officers I was walking my dogs in an open field by myself at the park I live across the highway They rushed me During Covid!, with no PPEs! I asked them to stop they didn’t I screamed COVID!! They stopped. Then I was detained for 45 minutes. Then officer Taylor purposely breached my space shoved a folded up misdemeanor citation in my face and said Take it!, I asked what it was for and his name At first he refused to tell me Then he threatened me He said to me a senior citizen who owns there home and pays 4000$ a year in county taxes. He has falsified the police report lied My case was dismissed after 14 months of hell He lied to the DA and they enhanced the charges to a year in jail 10,000$ fine and 3 years probation Yep u heard that right. He was terminated from Clark co Washington sheriff department in 2011 for embezzlement and breaking into a federal computer to gain information on his ex wife’s boyfriend.
