On march 05,2024 officers of the mount Vernon police department executed a search warrant on my home with the federal bureau of investigation seized $12,149,00 from my home without giving me a statement. I have discovered the officers used an unreliable informant that is a known rapist as the confidential informant and the informant has come forward about he was coerced by law enforcement to wear an eavesdropping device into my home. Detective Keoughan and Troy Hails with the mount Vernon police department stated to the states attorney who authorized the eavesdropping device that the informant was credible when in fact the informant had a pending rape case from Georgia and he was released from jail on gun charges to cooperate in Illinois and the police department allowed the release of the informant from jail knowing he had a pending warrant from Franklin county Georgia for rape and still allowed the informant to be used as a informant I have filed complaints at the police department and the same officers I complained about also heard my complaint I filed at the department and the states attorney never check to see who the informant was and allowed the detective who obtained the eavesdropping device sign his nick name to a official government document. The states attorney office has loss evidence and have failed to turn over Brady material evidence to my defense i am pro se and the states attorney lied to the grand jury to indict my case I am not charged with any crime dealing from the informant or any that had anything to do with the informant the police and the Jefferson county states attorney office have hid evidence from me and have failed to turn over any evidence.
