Description: On November 9, 2022 at or about some time prior to 0450 hours/4:50 AM, Officer Michael Mabkhouti was involved in an off‐duty motor vehicle collision, having collided with a utility pole at the 800 block of North New Road in the City of Pleasantville. Officer Mabkhouti's vehicle sustained major front‐end damage. Officer Mabkhouti fled the scene of the crash, leaving behind a loaded handgun magazine inside the vehicle.
