Description: Officer Dobrowolski was terminated for being found to have voiced a racial epithet. This occurred while in the presence of other Montclair Police Officers during an off‐duty PBA social event in March‐2022. A hearing officer sustained the administrative charges against Officer Dobrowolski with arecommendation that he be removed and terminated from his position as a Montclair Police Officer.
