While I was at work on June 13,2026 I walked out front of the liquor store to smoke a cigarette and I see a lady walking really fast from across the street in plainclothes no badge and no cop car or cop lights visible to me. She comes up to me yelling come here and I responded with I can’t leave the front of the store I’m the only one working. The comes up to me and yanks my cellphone and car keys out of my hands and pushes me very aggressively and roughly into my car and face into my window on my car door and I ask her what is she doing and why she is being so aggressive with me cause I have not even moved a muscle. She tells me I know u know why I’m here don’t act like u don’t know. I tell her I don’t know why u are here or who u are. She said cause u lied and I have a search warrant for ur phone. She places me in hand cuffs after twisting my arms so far behind my back that my finger tips could touch the top of my shoulder blades. Put the cuffs on super tight then starts to pat me down I tell her I’m not searchable and let me see this warrant u have. She ignored me then two Gridley cops pull up in gridley cop cars she tells them place her in the back of ur cop car and turn on ur body camera pushing me while she has my arm squeeze too tightly to where I had bruises on my arm after. She then throws my keys and phone on top of my freshly painted car. She tells me I got search warrant for ur phone and vehicle. First off I had just bought car it was not even in my name and the phone I had was not even in my name either it was in my brothers name that lives in another state. She comes up to cop car where I’m sitting in the back seat and tells me what’s the password to ur phone and I tell her where’s the warrant she says u either tell me the password or ur going to jail. I said for what lying to a peace officer. I said what did I lie about she said she was told by Levi that I sent him the picture of the dead body that myself, Gary, my son and one other man found in a abandoned warehouse a year ago and my son took a picture to show the cops which we called and waited for in front of thr building for them to come. We told the cops and showed them the picture when we describe where the body was located at in the warehouse the officer said that’s Chris place or where he built a litttle place in there to live. We didn’t know Chris or the man of the dead body. My friend one of thr ones that was with us said to my son can u send me the picture and my son did all in front of the cop. A week later cops came to my house I was not home but I seen them on my cameras so I went down to thr police station they asks me if my son knew Levi and I said no they said they got Levi’s phone cause someone reported he had a picture of thr dead guy in thr wear house and when they took the phone Levi said he got it from my son. They looked through both my phone and my sons phone and deleted thr picture off my sons phone. So I ask the lady that had me in back of thr cop car if she had Levi’s phone which she took a year ago then she obviously had enough time to go through it and see that not me or my sons sent Levi any pictures it must of been from someone else and then I asked her please tell why the guy who lives where the body was found has not been arrested or even questioned if u guys found a dead body in my house I would be arrested for murder right. She said tell me thr password and I will let u go I ask her for the warrant then I told her the password and said listen I didn’t lie to u about shit and if u want I will bring u my sons phone but there is no picture on it cause u alreasdy delete it and I never had the picture on my phone. She lets me go and go get my son and sons phone go to thr Gridley police department and demanded to be shown the search warrant they said they didn’t have it come back tomorrow then they would have it. I asked them if they wanted my sons phone they said no. I then tell them thank u for doing that in front of my store cause I got u on camera and will be having my boss send it to me. Not till five days later after going back on there did they finally show me a search warrant that didn’t have enough evidence to get a search warrant or was listed anything that has to do with the picture of the dead guy. They arrested the man that killed thr guy and it’s been a month they still have my phone which is used for my job cause I’m a reset merchandisers and I need my phone back they has enough time to look through and see nothing is on my phone. I went down to thr d.a office and they don’t have the phone in evidence. The d.a. Officer said he would call and speak to jellispn and see why my phone was token and why it is not being giving back. I had to go to thr hospital about my bruising to my wrists after her aggressive treatment. I got thr camea footage of her aggressive behavior but I can not upload it so if needed contact Gridley food and liquor or myself and I can give it to u. All I want is my phone back cause she has no reason to keep it or take it and be held responsible for her misconduct and abuse as an officer to a person that only tried to do thr right thing by reporting the dead body found investigator talea Kelli son is who this complaint is about
