Statement

Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics agents, Gregory Reynolds and John Forman, on August 29, 2004 illegally stopped two motorists as they drove away from a nightclub. Accompanied by a commanding officer, agents Reynolds and Forman unlawfully stopped the vehicle of the two men. Gregory Harold Reynolds and John Forman used homophobic and racist comments and used such overly excessive physical force that an occupant suffered a spiral fracture of his arm and had to be taken to the hospital. Reynolds then entered the hospital room and threatened to file false DUI charges against the injured man if the man filed a complaint about the treatment and use of force with the department by Reynolds. The victim ordered Reynolds out of his hospital room. The injured man did file a complaint after leaving the hospital and keeping good his threats, Reynolds and Forman filed the false DUI charges against driver. Agents Reynolds and Forman later testified both on the citations being entered into court regarding the DUI and also falsely testified under oath against the victim in Hinds County Justice Court in relation to the false DUI charge. The Federal Bureau of Investigations special agent Phillip McDonald investigated and turned the case over to the Department of Justice special prosecutor Paige Fitzgerald. Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics Agent Gregory Harold Reynolds pleaded GUILTY to willfully violating the civil rights of the victims and excessive force, whereby he was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 11 months of home detention. This agent Gregory Harold Reynolds used his badge to leverage the justice system with a lighter jail sentence and in what is and should be considered a "HATE CRIME" with discrimination and targeting of the homosexual community as an element of the crime. Greg Reynolds also attempted bribery, committed perjury, abused his authority, abused his power, engaged in official misconduct and should NEVER be trusted in any form of law enforcement in any capacity for the remainder of his life. Yet, to this day, he retains a Mississippi State LEO Certification through the Mississippi Department of Public Safety and BLEOST, where he is allowed to testify in a court of law against criminal defendants, without their knowledge that he is a PROVEN liar, who cannot be trusted as a credible state witness or law enforcement officer. Gregory Harold Reynolds remains employed today by the Simpson County Mississippi Sheriff's Office under Sheriff Paul Mullins, despite BOTH of their knowledge that Reynolds is a stain upon the oath that every honest and integrable officer of the law swears to take. The Simpson County Mississippi Sheriff's Department, where Greg Harold Reynolds is the second highest paid Chief Deputy in the state of Mississippi, and second in command under Sheriff Paul Mullins has maintained a continuous flow and possible Monell level pattern of dishonest deputies according to multiple complaints and detailed in numerous state and federal lawsuits against the Simpson County Sherriff, Simpson County as a government entity, and numerous lawsuits and complaints from citizens regarding this Department's Unconstitutional Policies, Practices, and procedures that I wholly believe warrants a "Consent Decree" to be ordered by the Supreme Court of Mississippi that orders the Department of Justice to Intervene and subsequently manage this outrageous failure of a Mississippi State Sheriff's Department in Simpson County Mississippi.
