On 10/1/2024 we went to the police station to ask for he's phone do to they keep it from an arrest that they make on 9/24/24 Murtaugh was rude since the beginning of my son asking for the cellphone !!! so I decide to start recording !!! he say there was a search warrant for he's phone do a probable cause for it!!!!! I ask for the paper from the judge where he sign to keep the phone they never provided into this date!!!!! he told us to meet with officer Zach Moring and we did and that's when they arrest my son with no warrant they say they had it but still to this date they have not provided to me even I have ask and my lawyer!!!
than you can see on the video he start talking about a case of my son being a minor assuming I agree on whatever my son was doing not KNOWING on 9/8/24 I call none emergency number 2 times to report my son cause he wasn't home at the time I told him too!! ill go look for my son on 9/9/24 and I find him with Broken Arrow Police Department my son was left by the highway with alcohol smell and with he's right eye almost closed do to an abuse of force of an officer ! I don't know why he start talking about a case that he didn't even have a clue of what happened unless he was there!

Sorry about are language but that day we have court and they treat us so rude !!!

Oklahoma Open Records Act

Title 51 Oklahoma Statutes § 24A.1 et seq.

The Oklahoma Open Records Act is a series of laws designed to guarantee that public has access to all public records of governmental bodies. Section 24A.2 defines records as "all documents, including, but not limited to, any book, paper, photograph, microfilm, data files created by or used with computer software, computer tape, disk, and record, sound recording, film recording, video record or other material regardless of physical form or characteristic, created by, received by, under the authority of, or coming into the custody, control or possession of public officials, public bodies, or their representatives in connection with the transaction of public business, the expenditure of public funds or the administering of public property." This specifically includes all records of the transfer of public funds.

According to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, anyone may request public records and no statement of purpose is required. However, if the purpose is commercial, fees will be charged for document collection. There is no restriction on the use of records and the law does not specify a time limit for responses to requests.
