First off, this Deputy drives by regularly and shines his spot light all over my moms property. He pulls into the driveway to do whatever he can to speak with anyone to “do his rounds.” Constantly harassing us. Well the other day, my son works in Lake Havasu City and we live outside of Havasu. So on days that he works more than one day in a row, he stays in the storage shed/added separate living quarters. Its insulated, sealed, has windows, a/c, heater etc. Well Deputy Louis decided that he wanted to knock around the entire house. My son was just laying down to go to sleep as he worked the following morning. And here comes Louis pounding on his door. My son jumps up and is like who is it and opens the door realizing it was Louis. Louis begins to question him and my son says i dont talk to cops and what crime have i committed. Well Louise threatens to arrest him for failure to identify and my son still challenges him. Louise had to google search the law and read verbatim to my son. And my son replies yeah that is a secondary offense only if you have reasonable and articulable evidence to prove that i was in the commission of a crime and i wasnt so no need to identify. Louise then tells my 16 year old son, “there is a reason you live in a shed.” What the hell. That is uncalled for and out of line.
