Statement

John Franklin took a job with the Tonto Apache Tribe as their prosecutor knowing that he was dis barred by the AZ bar association for misleading a judge and not cooperating with the investigation during his time with the tunnel Apache tribe I went into sentencing he dropped the UA on me before I was even on probation sent me away for 28 days for contempted court the UA when I got out of court and rearrested me and charged me for possession for the same dirty way knowing that he can't meet the burden of proving venue is still charged me instead of $3,000 Bond knowing that he's been disbarred from the Arizona bar association just because he's working for a tribe it's that still well within the boundaries of the State of Arizona
