Attorney Misconduct

This complaint has been forwarded to the Oregon State Bar

Statement

At the Supression hearing for my case the DA tells the judge that "even though more evidence is needed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt the state believes that reasonable suspicion was met based on the length of time between car being reported lost and me arrested. ( 2 days) Why is the prosecution admitting that the evidence is not enough to prove beyond a reasonable doubt yet still is prosecuting the case and not moving to dismiss Attached is the suppression hearing audio https://photos.app.goo.gl/Mas1Jaiip8TdZTQH7
