According to probable cause affidavit, Bryan Denny was arrested on 09/07/2022 upon the execution of a search warrant for his faculty apartment at Eastern Oklahoma State College lead to the seizure of  "what appeared to be a human jaw bone with five decayed teeth" and substances that field tested positive for marijuana and cocaine.  

Upon a 09/14/22 inquiry, CLEET refused to disclose in what capacity Denny's role was in the training and education of Oklahoma Police officers with the agency and only confirmed that he currently held a CLEET License.  

Criminal Charges filed in The District Court for The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma are as follows:

  • COUNT 1: DIST OF CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE INCL POSS WIINTENT C.N.C.C. §.2-401B1-3, FELONY
  • COUNT 2: UNLAWFUL REMOVAL OF DEAD BODY C.N.C.C. 1161 (A), FELONY
  • COUNT 3POSS OF CDS MARIJUANA C.N.C.C. 2402A, MISDEMEANOR
  • COUNT 4: POSSESSION OF FIREARM WHILE COMMITING FELONY C.N.C.C. 1287, FELONY CHOCTAW NATION OF OKLAHOMA:
